Information You Provide To Us
We collect information you provide to use when you use our Services. Such as:
Account Information: When you register an account with use, you must provide a phone number, email address, username, relevant media. If you are a seller, we may also collect your permit number and/or government issued ID.
Content You Submit: We collect the content you submit to the Service. This includes your posts and comments (“Moments”), your messages with other users (“Chats”), and your communication with us. Your content may include text, links, images, and videos.
Social Media Information: When you choose to connect your Account with an external service such as Instagram, we collect information about your username, usage, and authentication token.
Actions You Take. We collect information about the actions you take when using our Services. This includes items you list or browse. It also includes your interaction with our social features such as creating, commenting, and liking Moments. We collect your interactions with other users, such as following and chatting.
Transactional Information: When you make an order, we collect information about your order. The order quantity, ingredients, price, pick up location, notes, and any information related to the transaction.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you. Such as:
Location Information: We may collect and process information about the specific location of your mobile device. We may also derive your approximate location from other information about you, including your IP address.
Log and usage data: We may log information about you including your IP address, user-agent string, mobile operating system, referral URLs, device information, hardware settings, and search terms.
Interaction With Others
Our Services offer features which allow users to connect and communicate in groups which are public or semi-public, and to share information with each other to complete a transaction. Messages: When you send chat messages, the recipient of those messages will be able to see the content of your message. The chat messages are also available to our staff to maintain our standards between Buyers and Sellers. Chat messages are not encrypted and should be assumed public by default.
Profile: When others view your profile, they will be about to see information about you such as your Moments, user’s review, and items you list for sale.
We may also share you information in the following ways:
Social Media: If you link your account with social media such as Instagram, we will share the information you authorize with that platform.
To Comply With the Law: We may share information in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, including, but not limited to, meeting national security or law enforcement requirements.

By using our Services, you authorize us to use your information in the United States and other countries where Closeby Foods operates.
